Yves Daenen (born 1962, Genk) focuses primarily on real estate and property law on the one hand and civil litigation on the other. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at KU Leuven in 1985 and joined the Tongeren Bar as a lawyer that same year.
He subsequently obtained the degree of Diplômé en Relations Internationales et Politique Comparée from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL). He is bilingual in Dutch and French and also handles matters in English, German and Italian. For more than 15 years, he has served as a director of Eurojuris Belgium, part of Eurojuris International, the largest international network of independent law firms. Through this network, clients can rely on accredited and experienced lawyers to handle matters abroad. More than 600 independent firms worldwide are affiliated with Eurojuris International.

He is also a lecturer and guest lecturer at UCLL (University Colleges Leuven Limburg), PXL (Provincial University College Limburg), Syntra PXL and Vivo, the umbrella training centre for the real estate sector. He teaches various aspects of real estate law, including sales, leases, estate agency agreements and disciplinary law for estate agents.
Yves Daenen is a member and former president of Rotary Club Genk-Staelen and of the Groot Genker Orkest.
