Dascha Mengels (1981) has been a partner at Adlex advocaten & bemiddelaars since early 2022. She assists companies in individual and collective labour law disputes.

She graduated with distinction from the Catholic University of Leuven in 2004. In 2005, she obtained the Master after Master degree in Social Law (VUB) with great distinction. She joined the Hasselt Bar in the same year.

Since then, she has assisted numerous companies in individual and collective labour law disputes, provides advice and guidance on evaluation processes as well as dismissals wherever necessary, and provides advice and assistance during social inspections, etc. She is also a member of Soroptimist Epinona Tongeren, and Rotary Alden Biesen.
