Caroline Pincemin

Caroline Pincemin (1973, Rennes) has been part of Adlex advocaten & bemiddelaars since 2010 as an associate lawyer. She mainly handles cases related to the law of obligations and contracts, liability law, commercial law, construction law, etc. Due to her bilingual training, she also handles many cases in which proceedings must be conducted in French.

She graduated as a lawyer from the University of Rennes II (France) in 1995. During her final year of training, she studied at the Catholic University of Leuven under the Erasmus exchange programme. In 1996, she obtained a Master’s degree in European Law at the Brussels Free University. Given her interest in international and European law, international relations, development and human rights, she has worked since 1997 as a lawyer at the European Commission and at an international human rights organisation. This gave her the opportunity to visit human rights projects worldwide.

In 2006, she decided to give her career a new direction. She obtained her law degree at the University of Liège in 2007, and then started her internship as a lawyer at the Limburg Bar.
