Sofie Kerkhofs (1999, Genk) has been a member of the Limburg Bar Association and associated with Adlex lawyers & mediators since September 2023.

She generally focuses on civil law, in particular liability law, family law and family property law.

She obtained the Master of Laws degree with distinction from Hasselt University in 2023.

Under the Erasmus exchange programme, she studied at the law faculty of the NOVA University Lisbon in Portugal in 2022-2023.

She was also part of the law clinic of the University of Pretoria, South Africa, during an international internship in 2022.

Outside working hours, Sofie is a sitting member of the Board of Directors of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Hasselt.
