Yves Daenen (1962, Genk) mainly focuses on real estate and property law on the one hand, and civil litigation on the other. He graduated from the law faculty of the Catholic University of Leuven in 1985 and joined the Tongeren Bar in the same year.
He later obtained the Diploma in International Relations and Comparative Politics from the Université catholique de Louvain, Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL). He is bilingual Dutch/French and also handles cases in English, German and Italian. ,,He has been a director of Eurojuris Belgium, which is part of the largest international network of independent law firms, for more than 15 years: Eurojuris International. Thanks to this network, clients can avail the services of accredited and experienced lawyers to handle their cases abroad. He is currently a board member of Eurojuris International, which has more than 600 affiliated independent law firms worldwide.

He is also a lecturer and guest lecturer at the colleges UCLL (University Colleges Leuven Limburg) and PXL (Provinciale Hogeschool Limburg), at Syntra PXL, Vivo (Flemish Institute for Training and Education in Social Profit), the aggregate training centre in the real estate sector. There he mainly teaches real estate law: Purchase, rental, brokerage contracts and disciplinary law of the broker.
Yves Daenen is a member and former president of the Rotary Club Genk-Staelen and of the Great Genk Orchestra.
