Valerie Leyen (1992, Maaseik) has been part of Adlex advocaten & bemiddelaars as an associate lawyer since September 2018. She focuses on family law.

She obtained a master’s degree in criminological sciences from the Catholic University of Leuven in 2014. In view of her broad interest in law, she commenced studies for her shortened bachelor’s degree in law at the University of Hasselt in 2014. She then obtained her Master’s degree in Law from the University of Hasselt in 2018 with distinction, where she underwent a generalist education.

Since 2019, Valerie has also been associated with Syntra PXL. She teaches family and inheritance law there.
