Lode Vos (°1996, Hasselt) has been a member of the Limburg Bar since September 2019 and has since been a part of Adlex Lawyers & Mediators as an associate. His practice mainly focuses on corporate and business law, as well as insolvency law.

In 2019, he graduated with distinction from the University of Hasselt  with a Master of Laws degree, where he received a broad legal education with an emphasis on corporate law. His master’s thesis examined the reforms to company director’s liability introduced in the new Belgian Code of Companies and Associations introduced in 2019.

During his master’s studies, he was the president of ELSA Hasselt, the academic student association linked to the Faculty of Law. He also served for two years as a board member of Huuradvies vzw.

Since September 2021, Mr. Lode Vos has been affiliated with The University of Hasselt  as a teaching assistant under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Emma Suzanne Van Aggelen. In addition, since 2021 he has been pursuing an Advanced Master in Company Law at KU Leuven.
